Who am I?
Wenting Zhu, LAMFT, provides culturally sensitive care for adults, teens, children, and families. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she helps navigate anxiety, caregiver overwhelm and stress, coparenting struggles, being home for the summer after living independently, and workplace challenges and trauma using evidence-based practices.


Who I Work With:
I support youth, adults, couples, and families, including Hispanic, Asian, and other minority communities in navigating anxiety, depression, attachment and independent living adjustments, workplace and familial trauma, and parenting stressors/wounds.

My approach blends EMDR, IFS, CBT, TF-CBT, ERP, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based work to foster growth, resilience, and connection.
