Who am I?
Calli Crouse, LAPC, specializes in helping clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and life disruptions, including neurodivergent experiences. Using EMDR, DBT, attachment-based methods, and somatic work, she supports self-understanding, regulation, and resilience.
Who I Work With:
I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, grief, and relationship concerns — especially those who feel “stuck” in patterns that don’t serve them.
How I Help:
Together, we use EMDR, the Gottman Method, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based approaches, and somatic approaches to deepen insight, regulate emotion, and foster meaningful change.
