Hi, I’m Anna Schubbe, Lpc, LMFT, Brainspotting practioner, clinical supervisor (AC-s & AAMFT approved supervisor)
I provide clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians seeking licensure, grounded in a developmental, ethical, and relationally attuned framework. As an Approved Supervisor and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate, I bring structured, competency-based supervision that integrates clinical skill development, professional identity formation, and ethical decision-making. My supervision experience includes supporting clinicians across diverse clinical settings, diagnostic presentations, and theoretical orientations, with particular strength in trauma-informed, systemic, and grief-focused work.
My approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective, and growth-oriented. I emphasize creating a psychologically safe and culturally responsive virtual space where supervisees can explore clinical challenges, countertransference, and case conceptualization with openness and curiosity. Supervision is tailored to each clinician’s developmental stage and licensure goals, integrating live case consultation, documentation review, ethical guidance, and preparation for professional autonomy. I intentionally balance accountability with support, helping supervisees strengthen clinical confidence, refine therapeutic interventions, and cultivate sustainable professional practice.
All supervision is conducted virtually, allowing for accessible, consistent, and structured engagement while maintaining high standards of clinical rigor and ethical oversight. My goal is to support clinicians not only in meeting licensure requirements but in becoming thoughtful, competent, and resilient practitioners.
I am currently accepting LAPC, LAC, and LSW associate-licensed therapists for group and individual supervision in PA and NJ.
I am accepting LAMFT associate licensed therapists in PA, NY, NJ, GA, and AZ at this time.
I am not accepting any therapy clients at this time.
