Everyone's brain works differently. Therapy should, too.
Whether you have ADHD, autism, or both, our goal is to help you understand how your brain works and build strategies that fit your life. We don't believe in trying to "fix" who you are. We help you work with your strengths while making everyday challenges feel more manageable.
Therapy may focus on things like managing emotions, reducing stress, improving organization, building routines, navigating relationships, and handling work or school demands. We also help with anxiety, depression, burnout, and low self-esteem, which often go along with ADHD or autism.
Our therapists take a practical, supportive approach. You'll leave sessions with tools you can actually use, not just someone to talk to.
Whether you were diagnosed as a child, recently diagnosed as an adult, or you're still trying to understand yourself, we're here to help you feel more confident and supported every step of the way.

Trauma can change the way you think, feel, and respond to the world around you. You may feel stuck, always on edge, or like you're reliving things you wish you could forget. It can affect your relationships, your sleep, your work, and your ability to enjoy life.
You don't have to carry that alone.
Our therapists provide a safe, supportive space where you can process what you've been through at your own pace. We use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other trauma-informed techniques to help your brain and body heal.
The goal isn't to erase your past. It's to help you feel less controlled by it.
As therapy moves forward, many people notice they feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to themselves and the people they care about. Healing takes time, but you don't have to do it by yourself. We're here to support you every step of the way.

Becoming a parent can bring joy, but it can also bring stress, worry, and emotions you weren't expecting. If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, or like you don't recognize yourself, you're not alone. Many parents experience these feelings during pregnancy or after their baby is born.
Our therapists provide a safe place to talk about what you're going through without judgment. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, birth trauma, changes in your relationship, or adjusting to your new role, we're here to help.
Therapy gives you the space to care for yourself while you're caring for everyone else. Together, we'll work on practical ways to manage stress, cope with difficult emotions, and feel more like yourself again.
You don't have to have it all figured out. And you don't have to go through this alone. We're here to support you through every stage of your journey into parenthood.

Growing up isn't easy. Teens today face pressure from school, friends, social media, sports, and planning for the future. Sometimes it all becomes too much.
Our therapists help teens work through anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, grief, trauma, and big life changes. We also support teens who are having trouble managing emotions, building confidence, or finding healthy ways to cope.
We know that every teen is different. That's why we take time to build trust and create a space where they feel safe to be themselves. Therapy isn't about judging or telling them what to do. It's about helping them understand what they're feeling and giving them tools they can use in everyday life.
We also believe parents and caregivers are an important part of the process. When it's helpful, we work together to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and support your teen both in and outside of therapy.
Every teen deserves someone in their corner. We're here to help them feel understood, supported, and better prepared to handle life's challenges.

Every relationship has challenges. You may feel like you're having the same argument over and over. Maybe communication has broken down. Trust has been damaged. Or you've simply started to feel more like roommates than partners.
Couples therapy gives you a place to slow down and have honest conversations with the support of a trained therapist. We help you understand what's getting in the way and teach you healthier ways to communicate, solve problems, and reconnect.
Whether you're dating, engaged, married, or have been together for years, therapy can help you work through conflict, rebuild trust, improve intimacy, and strengthen your relationship. We also support couples facing major life changes, parenting stress, infertility, grief, or the effects of trauma.
Our goal isn't to take sides. It's to help both partners feel heard, understood, and better equipped to move forward together.
Healthy relationships don't happen by accident. They take effort, understanding, and the right support. We're here to help you build a stronger connection.

Living with OCD can be exhausting. Unwanted thoughts can feel constant. You may find yourself checking, repeating, avoiding, or doing rituals just to get through the day. Even when you know the fear doesn't make sense, it can still feel very real.
The good news is that OCD is treatable.
Our therapists use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective treatment for OCD. ERP helps you face your fears one step at a time while learning not to respond with compulsions or rituals. It isn't about forcing you into scary situations. We move at a pace that feels manageable and support you every step of the way.
Over time, your brain learns that you don't have to listen to OCD. The thoughts become less powerful, and you gain more confidence in handling them.
Whether you've lived with OCD for years or were recently diagnosed, we're here to help you take back control. You are more than your OCD, and you don't have to let it make the decisions for you.
Therapists That Love This Population:
Tina Myers: Offers ERP for OCD.
Janay Holland: Offers CBT for OCD and body-focused repetitive behaviors
