Dr. Anna Schubbe (she/her/hers), EMDR Basic Trained

Founder & Clinical Supervisor + Licensed Professional Counselor (PC012111)

I created Finding Peace in the Poconos because I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. Today, I lead a team of dedicated clinicians, provide supervision, and help clients find the therapist who is the best fit for their needs.

Calli Crouse (she/her/hers), EMDR Basic Trained

Clinical Manager + Licensed Professional Counselor (PC020785)

Calli specializes in helping clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and life disruptions, including neurodivergent experiences. Using EMDR, DBT, attachment-based methods, and somatic work, she supports self-understanding, regulation, and resilience. Calli works 9 AM - 3 PM Monday- Thursday only.

Tina Myers (she/her/hers)

Marketing Designer + Licensed Professional Counselor (PC018873)

Tina helps teens, individuals, and couples build connection, find peace, and navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her gentle yet effective approach blends Gottman Method, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness for relational and personal growth. Tina works Monday-Friday 12 PM-6 PM only.

Tiffany Lara (she/her/hers), Brainspotting Practitioner

Licensed Associate Professional Counselor(APC002116); Full License Pending

Tiffany offers compassionate support for anxiety, OCD, relationship communication struggles, perinatal challenges, and parenting stress. She uses evidence-based tools like DBT and ERP to help you build clarity, confidence, and connection. Tiffany’s hours vary week to week, and typically one weekend day is offered.

Dr. Terra “Janay" Holland (she/her/hers), EMDR Basic Trained

Limited Permit Holder NYS (06-P141259-01)

Janay’s approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and relational, integrating evidence-based models such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. Janay works Monday-Friday 10 AM - 4 PM and Sundays 11 AM - 2 PM.

Sarah Lasting (she/her/hers), Brainspotting Practitioner

Limited Permit Holder NYS (P141776)

Sarah works collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and develop practical strategies to make large life issues feel more manageable. Sarah typically works 10 AM - 6:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Amanda Wolfe (she/her/hers), EMDR Basic Trained

Licensed Social Worker (SW140564)

Amanda has found a passion for working with teens, young adults, and perinatal + postpartum moms struggling through the day-to-day after experiencing a life-changing childbirth, loss, or adoption.

Amanda is currently out on maternity leave and plans to resume seeing clients on September 8th, 2026

Sarah Colligan, Clinical Marriage & Family Therapy Intern 2026-2027; Indiana Wesleyan University

Sarah works from a relational and systemic perspective, which means she views challenges within the context of your relationships, experiences, and the systems that shape your life. Sarah typically works weeknights on Mondays and Tuesdays, Wednesdays during the day, and Sunday afternoons.

Amber Taylor; Social Work Intern 2026-2027 Eastern University

Amber has almost 14 years of experience working in the mental health/healthcare field.  Currently, she works for a managed-care organization in Pennsylvania as an Associate Care Coordinator, where she assesses members and provides resources and assistance in other areas. She will begin seeing clients at FPP in 2027.
