Tiffany offers Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), therapy for ARFID, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) for OCD, Somatic-Based Trauma Approaches, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
These approaches allow her to work with couples with communication issues, individuals with relationship struggles, and parents of children with special education needs, and to advocate for their children through gaining a voice you never knew you could have. She works with individuals with OCD, couples conflicts with communication and decision-making, perinatal mental health issues, addiction issues, and offers coparenting sessions.

Wenting is passionate about supporting adults, youth, and children in their recovery and growth, whether they are healing from difficult childhood experiences, navigating life transitions, or facing current challenges.
She especially enjoys working with Hispanic, Asian, and other minority populations, as well as adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or fear of school shootings, children with autism or oppositional defiance disorder, couples facing relationship difficulties, new mothers experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety, and families with attachment concerns.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and currently learning Spanish and Korean, Wenting values cultural diversity and connection in her work.

I am a dedicated mental health counselor with an eclectic and personalized approach to therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. My practice is rooted in Humanistic and Post-Modern philosophies, guiding my work with empathy and a belief in the transformative power of personal narrative and self-discovery. I draw upon a strong foundation in cognitive and behavioral techniques, providing a well-rounded and versatile approach to mental health support. I utilize a trauma-informed care model and am EMDR basic trained, ensuring sensitive and effective trauma process. I utilize Drama Therapy and Narradrama techniques.
I am also training in Drama Therapy and Narradrama— creative modalities that can be used in therapeutic tabletop gaming and storytelling settings for individuals and groups. This expressive approach introduces new perspectives and enhances the therapeutic process through creative methods. I work with clients across the lifespan from children to adults.
