TIFFANY LARA, NCC

I offer Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), therapy for ARFID, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) for OCD, Somatic-Based Trauma Approaches, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

These approaches allow me to work with couples with communication issues, individuals with relationship struggles, and parents of children with special education needs, and to advocate for their children through gaining a voice you never knew you could have. I work with OCD, perinatal mental health issues, addiction issues, and offer coparenting sessions.

SONYA STAMPER, NCC

I bring warmth, compassion, and practical tools to my work with clients. I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience, clarity, and hope.

My therapy approaches center around person-centered, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing for clients seeking to explore their life dissatisfaction, relationship struggles, perinatal mental health issues, and life-stage transitions.

JOSE CORTES-PANTOJA, LAMFT

I have a particular interest in helping couples and individuals navigate life's transitions, heal from trauma, and develop healthier communication patterns. I offer approaches for Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Fully Bilingual Therapy Services.

I work closely with first-generation immigrants, Spanish-speaking couples and families, couples with communication and intimacy struggles, parents with work/life balance, and kids to gain essential skills to one day become productive members of society.


TINA MYERS, LPC, QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

As a former teacher and now therapist, I work with adolescents, individuals, and couples facing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I bring empathy and experience to every session, creating a safe space for healing, growth, and connection—especially in relationships and life’s most challenging moments.

I utilize Gottman Method, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD (ERP), and Mindfulness-Based Skill Building in my couples and individual sessions.
